Briscoe Museum Wedding Photography

Our team at Parish Photography specializes in Briscoe Museum Wedding Photography. We love the Jack Guenther Pavilion (a venue space within the museum) because it has such a great outdoor space right along the San Antonio Riverwalk. A recent wedding at the Briscoe featured bride and groom Beth and Russell. The fresh, summer details were incredible and all on display at the ceremony and the reception. If you look closely at the altar you’ll see lemon trees on either side. Our favorite part was their reception entrance at the where they kicked off the party with a champagne tower pour. The weather was perfect, allowing their guests to sip their cocktails on the patio and enjoy a nice breeze.  Check out the lemon printed fans they had just in case of a heat wave!  The Cloche girls even gave Beth a lemon purse as a gift!

San Antonio Wedding Photographer Tip: Benefits Of A First Look

Beth and Russell really wanted to attend their cocktail hour (not only for the champagne tower but to mingle with their guests!)  Doing a first look allowed us to photograph the couple, their bridal party and their family all before the ceremony even started. Not to mention, first looks are fun! It helps lessen the jitters and allows couples to have some quiet time together before the party begins. It also allowed us to do a few portraits during golden hour by the river. If we had done all their portraits after the ceremony by the altar, the bride and groom would have missed out on a portion of their reception. When planning your wedding, we encourage our couples to think about how a first look can affect your timing of your big day.

Our Promise

For every wedding we photograph, we promise a 3 week turnaround for photos. We know families are excited to relive their momentous day. The photos come in an online gallery that can be shared with guests. Everyone with a link can download any photo for free. In addition to our timely turnaround and online gallery, we also create a dedicated DropBox folder that we keep on file for ten years for your peace of mind.

Our commitment to excellence in documenting weddings is evident in our detailed approach to telling your story. Parish’s San Antonio Briscoe Museum Wedding Photography services are sure to check all the boxes.
