Our team at Parish Photography is highly specialized in San Antonio Conference Photography. We have experience with both small and large events, including conferences up to 5,000 participants. In addition, we have photographed in hotels and event centers all over the city, from downtown San Antonio to the Texas Hill Country. It is rare we photograph at a venue we have not photographed before. Corporate events such as conferences make up about half of the work we do. Our team recently photographed for a long-term client at the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center. Oftentimes, companies and nonprofits continue to hire us for their future conferences. As seen in the images above, the approach we take to documenting conferences in San Antonio is comprehensive. First, we focus on check in and signage. We like to capture the candid joy of people reuniting from all over the world after a year apart. Then, we focus on the main session. The equipment we use allows us to photograph in both low and high light situations. Our zoom lenses provide up close content of the speakers. We know these keynotes are an incredibly important part of the beginning of any conference.

Throughout conferences, we also focus on the expo, breakout sessions, poster sessions, and the in between moments that capture happy candids. Often, the conferences we photograph have large exposition halls. We always photograph the setup, interactions between attendees and vendors, and posed photographs. We know conferences take tremendous time and effort to produce. Our goal is to document every detail.
