Summer Series 2012: A Day in the Life

Heading into this week’s Summer Series engagement shoot, we decided to try our hand at being paparazzi. We were just dying to become those people celebrities can’t stand. Just kidding! However, we did try to catch our couple, Jeanna and Cabral, interacting in their daily routine. This is what we like to call legal stalking.

A day in the life is all about finding the beauty in your day to day routine. We want to celebrate what you normally do as a couple. We find these interactions to be more genuine and intimate. We also like the idea of your photos documenting REAL life. You’re comfortable, we get a glimpse into who you are and you get some neat photos that come with a story for your kids and grandkids down the road.

We chose a place that our couple, Jeanna and Cabral, frequent every weekend, the Pearl Farmers Market! In the newly revamped and up-and-coming Pearl Brewery area, the Farmer’s Market takes place every Saturday morning and is a place for people to come enjoy this beautiful location while gaining access to local products. Grocery shopping may seem like a mundane chore, but it is a valuable time our couple gets to spend together. This activity also gives an insight into what is important to them as a couple, shopping local. We would like to give a shout out to Jeanna and Cabral for being so easy-going about us creeping around vegetables to photograph them like paparazzi.
